RESERVATIONS All reservations are on a first come, first served basis. We do not tentatively hold reservations. A reservation is made once a signed contract is received with the credit card requirement. Please call us before sending/faxing your contract to ensure that the day and space you requested for your event is still available. We will gladly accept reservation up to 78 people (50 on the main floor; 28 upstairs) Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday night reservations have a max of 8 people (No menu planning is required). |

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT Parties of fourteen or more, require a credit card number. We will gladly make any changes or honor cancellation 48 prior to the event. This credit card will be on file and will be applied only in the event the cardholder fails to cancel and/or modifies the number of seat on the reservation. Failure to notify Trattoria Contadina of a cancellation will result in $40.00 per seat fee. The Credit Card Requirement is not a deposit and unless otherwise requested will NOT be used automatically the night of the event. GUARANTEE NUMBER We request that you provide us with a guaranteed minimum number of guests no less than 48 hours prior to the event. The guarantee number will be the number of guests for which you will be billed. Failure to notify within these guidelines will result in a $40.00 per seat charge. PAYMENT Final payment is due the day of the event. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. We regret we cannot split checks by items but we can take more than one form of payment. MENU In order for us to provide you with the best service possible, we request that parties of 14 guests or more limit their menu selections to one of the three menus we have created with price points in mind. Menu selections and special dietary requirements must be made no later than two business days prior to the function. Custom menus are printed for each event so please notify us an appropriate title if desired. BEVERAGES Most selections from Trattoria Contadina's wine list are available for special events. We will be happy to assist you in making selections for the perfect wines to accompany your menu. A full bar is also available. CORKAGE AND DESSERT FEES We encourage you to select wines and desserts from our menus, which are designed to complement your food selections. If you choose to provide us with wine to serve to your guests, corkage is $20.00 per 750-ml. bottle. If you choose to provide us with dessert to serve to your guests, there is no additional fee. ROOM AND TABLE ARRANGMENTS The size of your group will generally determine the table layout and room that will be appropriate for your event. We suggest, when possible, that you preview the area for your event. We reserve the right to relocate your group to a more appropriate area should your expected attendance significantly change. ADDITIONAL EXCEPTIONS Please allow yourself extra time to find parking. In order to accommodate your guest in the best possible manner, it is important to be punctual.
